Coffee enema addiction is an idea fabricated by the ignorant and uninitiated. Typically, these are people who either have financial interest in discrediting this powerful therapy, self-styled holistic health 'experts' with or without credentials or individuals who have issues about any part of the body from the neck down.

Such unwarranted criticism is a typical accusation of armchair experts who never had the nerve to put a cup of Joe where it does the most good!

Real Health Empowerment

For everyone I personally know who does them regularly, what others might call coffee enema addiction is NOT - it is simply part of a comprehensive self-care program. This therapy is real health empowerment that keeps you vital and young. Healthy people who aspire to live a GREAT life in a toxic world find this therapy contibutes mightily to that goal.

These people also do other things regularly, such as eat organic, exercise, take supplements, pursue personal development and have normal and satisfying relationships.

'Addiction' is an overused word, disempowering because it implies lack of choice, lack of free will.

You don't have to accept the judgement of others in this regard; how you feel about your self-care protocol should not be regulated by others.

Perhaps an old Indian saying expresses it best: 'What you think of me is none of my business.' ;-)

This issue is no more realistic to talk about than being hooked on taking showers regularly or exercising daily because it gives you more energy, makes you feel good and helps you function more effectively in life.
