Often, when you go to Whole Foods and see produce on sale at a very reduced price, if you look closely it's not too hard to see why...

Years ago, I bought a deeply discounted professional brand of Niacin (B-3). If you know anything about niacin, you will know that when you take enough of it, especially on a light stomach, the immediate effect is unmistakable...

Your skin from head to toe can turn anywhere from pink to beet red - and you itch all over due to release of histamine from the mast cells in the skin.

Niacin can't fake it - it is one supplement that makes it clear if it is potent or not.

My discounted Niacin did - zip - nothing!

I took more and more at each dose just to see if I could get a response - never so much as a tingle; no change in skin tone whatsoever!

That 250 mg per capsule Niacin supplement was totally impotent!
