In fact, drinking 1/4 cup or more of olive oil can cause major discomfort for many people precisely because it is far more fat than our body is designed to handle at one time.

Ironically, it is people with clogged livers and gallbladders that have the hardest time handling fat and are the ones who often use the lemon olive oil gallbladder flush.

With many reports of doing good, the lemon olive oil gallbladder flush has a good reputation. However, its main function is to stimulate the gallbladder to contract and expel bile. It also has value as a liver cleanse, since bile is made in the liver. Expelling the bile allows the liver to move waste products out.

However, there are some magnificent ways to accomplish the same thing and reap some additional benefits.
